PRU Restaurant – Terms & Conditions

1. Reservation Policy
   • To confirm your reservation at PRU, a non-refundable deposit is required:
     • Lunch: THB 3,000++ per person (including 7% VAT)
   • Dinner: THB 5,000++ per person (including 7% VAT)
   • Reservations are only confirmed once the deposit is received.
   • Bookings without payment will be automatically cancelled.
   • Management reserves the right to release tables for no-shows or late arrivals exceeding 30 minutes, subject to cancellation charges.
2. Dress Code
   • Smart Casual attire is required.
   • Not permitted: sportswear, athleisure, beachwear, flip-flops, or basic sandals.
   • Ladies: open-toe heels and elegant sandals are acceptable.
   • Gentlemen: avoid sleeveless tops; smart tailored shorts with closed shoes are permitted.
   • The dress code applies to children dining.
3. Child Policy
   • Children aged 10 years and above are welcome in the main dining room.
   • Exceptions may be made in the Private Dining Room (seating 6–10 guests).
     • For private bookings, please contact reservations@prurestaurant.com.
   • All children are counted in the total number of guests.
   • Guests are asked to maintain the dining ambiance; management reserves the right to address any disruptions.
   • A 5-course Kids Menu (THB 5,000++ per child) is available by advance request only.
     • Please email reservations@prurestaurant.com at least 72 hours prior to the reservation to request.
   • During the festive period, the Kids Menu will not be available.
4. Food Allergies & Dietary Restrictions
   • Guests must inform PRU of any food allergies or dietary requirements at least 72 hours in advance.
   • PRU cannot accommodate the following:
     • Vegan diets
     • Garlic or onion allergies
     • Fermentation or lactose intolerance
     • Dairy/Lactose-free (minimal is acceptable)
     • No spicy, no sugar
     • No coconut milk
     • No ginger/galangal
     • Seaweed allergies
     • 100% fruit-free menus
5. Corkage Policy
   • THB 3,000++ per bottle of wine (spirits not permitted)
   • Buy-one, waive-one option applies
6. Pricing & Festive Season
   • Updated pricing applies from November 4th, 2025.
   • Festive Season Experience is available December 23, 2025 – January 3, 2026, featuring an exclusive menu and celebratory package.
   • Reservations for the festive period are live on our website.
7. General Notes
   • Reservations open three months in advance.
   • Confirmation emails are sent within 24 hours of successful deposit payment (excluding closing days).
   • Guests whose preferred date is unavailable may join the waiting list.
   • Early time slots are recommended to enjoy sunset views.
