JAMPA x ROYD x HEH

A celebration of friendship, collaboration, and the future of Phuket cuisine.

For one afternoon only, JAMPA welcomes ROYD and HEH for a six-hand collaboration at HiDEAWAY by JAMPA, giving some of Phuket’s rising chefs a space to shine. An outdoor lunch shaped by seasonal ingredients, open-fire cooking and the producers behind it all, plus a surprise appearance from a chef we’re keeping under wraps until the day.

The First Collaboration Returns

PRU x RILEY SANDERS x CHÂTEAU MUSAR

Celebrating the reunion of PRU’s very first collaboration.

Chef Riley Sanders returns to cook alongside Chef Jimmy, revisiting the collaboration that first brought them together.

A third chef will join Jimmy and Riley, revealed only on the night, alongside Château Musar, one of Chef Jimmy’s personal favourite wineries, returning to Thailand for its first event in ten years.

For one evening only, the guest chefs who have travelled from across Asia reunite in the PRU kitchen, each presenting a signature dish that reflects their own philosophy, journey, and friendship with PRU.

A menu that could only exist on this night is meant to share with the people who have been part of our first ten years.
