RESERVATIONS

PRU is designed as a thoughtfully paced tasting menu experience. The following terms and conditions are in place to protect the integrity of the experience, ensure fairness to all guests, and allow our culinary team to prepare responsibly.

By proceeding with your reservation, you acknowledge that PRU offers a set tasting menu experience, agree to allow sufficient time to enjoy it as intended, and accept the terms outlined below.

Important Notice: In accordance with Thai regulations, alcohol will not be available on 29–30 Jul 2026.

Deposit & Reservation Guarantee

To confirm your reservation at PRU on your selected date and time, the following non-refundable deposit policy applies:

  • – Lunch reservations require a credit card non-refundable deposit of 3,000 THB per person (including 7% VAT).
  • – Dinner reservations require a credit card non-refundable deposit of 5,000 THB per person (including 7% VAT).

 

This deposit is required to secure your reservation and will be applied toward your final bill on the day of dining. Reservations without a completed deposit cannot be held and will be automatically cancelled.

To preserve the experience for all guests, management may release the table in the event of a no-show or late arrival exceeding 30 minutes past the reservation time. This will also be subject to cancellation charges.

 

Food Allergies & Dietary Considerations

PRU’s menus are guided by seasonality, ingredient integrity, and careful preparation. Dietary requirements are reviewed in advance to ensure alignment with our menu philosophy.

We kindly ask that all food allergies and dietary requirements be shared at least 72 hours prior to your reservation. While we will always do our best to advise appropriately, certain restrictions may not be compatible with the experience as designed.

We are unable to accommodate the following dietary restrictions: Vegan diets, Garlic/Onion allergies, Fermentation intolerance, Lactose intolerance, Dairy/Lactose-free (minimal is acceptable), No Spicy, No Sugar, No Coconut Milk, No Ginger/Galangal, Seaweed allergies, and 100% fruit-free menus.

Dining Duration & Arrival

PRU reservations are held for the full duration of the experience. The approximate dining duration is 3–3.5 hours for dinner and 2–2.5 hours for lunch. Late arrivals may affect the flow of the experience and may result in a shortened journey.

Child Policy

We welcome children aged 10 years and above in the main dining room. Exceptions may be made for bookings in our Private Dining Room (seating 6–10 guests). For private room reservations, please contact reservations@prurestaurant.com.

All children are counted in the total number of guests. We kindly request that the dining ambiance be maintained; management reserves the right to address any disruptions.

A 5-course Kids Menu (THB 5,000++ per child) is available by advance request only. Please contact reservations@prurestaurant.com at least 72 hours prior to your reservation.

Corkage Fee

Our corkage fee is 3,000 THB++ per bottle of wine (spirits are not permitted). As a courtesy to our guests, we are pleased to offer a buy-one, waive-one option: when one bottle of wine is selected from PRU’s wine list, one bottle brought by the guest may be enjoyed without corkage.

To ensure the integrity of the dining experience and responsible service, we kindly ask that any wine brought under this arrangement be enjoyed in full during your visit. Takeaway of guest-brought wine, whether opened or unopened, is not available.

Dress Code

Smart Casual. No sportswear, athleisure, or beach wear. No flip-flops, sandals, or Crocs. Open-toe heels and elegant sandals are acceptable for ladies. Gentlemen are encouraged to avoid sleeveless clothing. Smart tailored shorts with closed shoes for gentlemen are permitted. The dress code also applies to children dining.

Photography & Recording Policy

We welcome guests to take photographs during their visit for personal use. To protect the comfort and privacy of all guests, the following guidelines apply:

  • – Video & Audio Recording: Recording of video or audio (including via smart or wearable devices such as Meta glasses) is not permitted without prior approval from management.
  • – Use of Photos: Any photos taken on our premises are subject to the restaurant’s rights under Thai law and the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA). Permission is required for any commercial or public use.
  • – Sharing or Streaming: Guests wishing to publicly share or stream photos must obtain explicit approval from management.
  • – Management Enforcement: Management reserves the right to request devices be powered off, covered, or removed to protect guest privacy and ensure legal compliance.
